I opened my agency in 2009 and currently lead a team of six. I’ve spent my career with State Farm, giving me extensive experience in the industry and a strong understanding of what it takes to serve customers and build a successful team. Outside of work, I’m married with two daughters and three grandchildren. Family time is incredibly important to me, and I also love going to concerts and spending time out on the boat.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Julie Weaver - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an Account Associate for Julie Weaver - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
