I opened my agency in 2009 and currently lead a team of six. I’ve spent my career with State Farm, giving me extensive experience in the industry and a strong understanding of what it takes to serve customers and build a successful team. Outside of work, I’m married with two daughters and three grandchildren. Family time is incredibly important to me, and I also love going to concerts and spending time out on the boat.
Our agency offers a Simple IRA retirement plan, licensing costs paid up front, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We’re also very invested in coaching and development, providing team members with plenty of support as they learn, strengthen their skills, and work toward their goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
